Do I have to pay for my card?
No. Your card is free.

When will my card arrive?
It should arrive within 28 days after you register. If it hasn't we have maybe not received your application successfully. If this is the case then please call us on 01392 211232 and we will be happy to help you.

Do I have to do anything when my card arrives?
All you have to do is sign it. You may be asked to show it to redeem an offer - but that's all.

What if I lose my card?
Call us on 01392 211232 as soon as you can and we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.

Can I let my friend/partner/child use my card?
The card is to be used by the signatory only. If someone you know wants a card they can get one free!

Why do I have to give so much information to get my card?
This is so we can make sure you are getting the best offers out there. For example, there may be special birthday deals at restaurants so if we didn't know it was your birthday you would lose out on these.

I don't have an email address.
All the offers are available online as well as being emailed so you can visit the website at anytime.

I don't have access to the internet.
In exceptional circumstances we can arrange for the offers to be sent to you in the post. If this is the case then please contact us on 01392 211232.

What if I want to cancel my card?
No problem. In the emails that are sent to you there will be a link at the bottom where you can request your card be cancelled and you will receive no more offers. We do ask that you return your card with a covering note of your name and address.

Who will have access to my details?
Only us! We promise not to sell your details to anyone, hand on heart! The partners of the scheme (shops and outlets etc) will only be able to see statistics which will only include your age, gender, where you visit, whether you are employed or a student and the town that you live in - that's all. All your private data is protected by our Terms and Conditions.
