Why is the quantity my standard email campaigns restricted?
We want to ensure that our subscribers are not bombarded with emails. By restricting this we can ensure that they read your part of the email and not just throw it away because there is too much to read.
How do you know if people read the email?
Our email technology gives us data of how many people open the email and click through rates for each section of the mail (where there is one). Of course the best performance indicator is customers walking through your door with the card in their hands!
What if I don't get any response?
This could be for a number of reasons. It could be that the message you are giving is not attractive to people or not in line with other offers from your competitors. We shall be publishing marketing tips soon which will be emailed to all our business partners.
Can I let my customers apply for a card?
Yes. We will supply you with a bunch of applications forms which we will collect on a regular basis (or you can send them to us) and our team will fill in the details online.
Can I get email addresses of the people who have signed up?
Sorry no. Our list of subscribers are opt in only and we have promised, hand on heart, that we will not let anyone else have their personal information. But then you can still contact them the easy way of not having to do any work... just let us know what you want to let them know - and we'll do all the hard work this end.
What if I forget to send you my latest offers and miss the sending date?
Don't worry, you won't. We will send you an email to remind you each month.
